I have a passion for health and wellness and a strong appreciation for home interiors.

Professionally, I have spent most of my 20-year editorial career as a health care journalist and content executive, holding positions such as editor-in-chief and digital content director. Since 2019, I have also translated my enthusiasm for beautiful homes into writing content and magazine articles about interior design.  

My work has appeared in corporate health care publications as well as multiple consumer publications, including StyleBlueprint, Nashville Lifestyles, the Tennessean, and the Nashville Post. Most recently, I led the content strategy and editorial execution for a self-care mobile app called Keener that was launched in 2020 for nurses.
